Shipping and Processing time
Orders are prepared within 7 working days and sent out from Luxembourg once a week,usually on Monday. The price of shipment will depend on the total weight of the package, and you can choose between the normal shipping or the shipping with tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have chosen the cheapest option there is no way to know were your order is and I wont be replacing or refund it. I advise you to choose the option "shipping with tracking" specially if you are ordering enamel pins, custom orders, expensive orders, or if you buy during holidays (Christmas/Easter/...).
International packages typically take 7-21 business days to arrive to their destination. International orders may have customs or import duties applied - I am not responsible for these extra costs and/or delays.
I am happy to say I use Stripe and accept all major credit cards as well as Paypall payment on all orders. Your payment information is never stored and is safely protected.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item is still in the package and it’s not damaged.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery, after that I can refuse the exchange or the refund.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
• To communicate with you about your order
• To fulfill your order
• For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
